I was in China 15 years ago and then 5 years ago, the changes in infrastructure was amazing. When China decides to do something they go all in, no doubt barring anything unforeseen happening they will indeed set up a base on the moon.

Bezos will be running the greatest space tourism industry known to man. He needs more rockets, more pilots and, eventually, his own space station as a hotel.
