Will Bezos beat the Chinese to the Moon? No.

Bezos will be running the greatest space tourism industry known to man. He needs more rockets, more pilots and, eventually, his own space station as a hotel.

Elon Musk wants to go to Mars but already said it'd be a one-way trip. Even if he did beat the Chinese to Mars, they'd have to wait for the Chinese to show up to go home.
