text is beyond stupid. Kaep lost his job. He did not play QB after Trump's terrible and stupid remarks. Gruden was not fired. He quit knowing that his statements were indefensible. Kaep did not represent anyone, but himself and his beliefs. Gruden was the face of the franchise. He was on TV talking about the team to papers and TV news. The company did not want to defend what Gruden said. They could not be seen as a bigoted organization. 70 percent of the NFL is blacks. There have been gay players since the league started. He would have suffered bigly in the locker room.
Gruden severely fucked up. It has nothing to do with Kaepernick.
