Make no mistake, the CDC and the rest of the medical establishment, the public health establishment, and the political class have all failed us...so many died who should not have died, so much hardship was caused that never should have happened.

Where were politics mentioned in the concept and dedication of the flags? All I heard was that the installation was done in memory of the Americans who died of Covid.

And they have an additional purpose...they are white so that family members or friends can dedicate each one with a written message for their loved one.

“There is no ‘return to normal’ when we lost our beloved Mary, spouse, our mother, nana, nana-nana, friend. Faith, hope, and love in our Lord,” one flag reads.

Those unable to attend in person can commemorate a loved one via the website, and volunteers will inscribe a flag on their behalf.
