Default McConnell called Trump 'a fading brand' and said 'sucking up' to him 'is not

    a strategy that works'

McConnell called Trump an "OTTB as they say in Kentucky - off-the-track Thoroughbred" during a conversation with Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, who McConnell dubbed the "Trump whisperer."

"'There is a clear trend moving,' McConnell said, toward a place where the GOP is not dominated by Trump. McConnell added, "Sucking up to Donald Trump is not a strategy that works,'

    Default GOP renounces democratic governance

If that were not sufficient evidence of irresponsibility, recklessness and lack of patriotism among Republicans, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Monday displayed total indifference to potential economic calamity. “We will not support legislation that raises the debt limit,” McConnell said flatly. This follows a statement from the Republican leader last week that perfect crystallizes the GOP mind-set: “Let me make it perfectly clear. The country must never default. The debt ceiling will need to be raised. But who does that depends on who the American people elect.” Other Senate Republicans seem inclined to filibuster raising the debt ceiling, another gross abuse of the Senate arcane mechanism.

The Dems still do what is right. When Trump raised the debt limit, every single Dem voted for it. There were some no votes, by Repubs. The Dems were swayed by the truth. The Repubs are not. Their beliefs are more important than the facts. Mitch says he will not do it this time. Doing enormous damage to the economy is how the Repubs plan to win in 2024.

McConnell would drive a car into a wall if he thought he would escape with his life. To hell with the other occupants who died in the crash.

I doubt very much that the American people care what McConnell claims to think. He has over a lot of years been worse than useless.
I choose my own words like the Americans of olden times........before this dystopia arrived.

He may be the most powerful man in politics. He runs the senate like a despot. I hate everything he does. After letting Trump escape the impeachment, he gave a 20 minute speech saying Trump was guilty as hell and should not be allowed to be near the presidency. But money and politics is what motivates him. He is old and has incredible wealth. He wants his legacy to be changing how and who runs America He is not for the people doing it.

As Tucker has pointed out re the likes of McConnell "What is the point in having Republicans if they dont do anything?".

McConnell has been at the top of the food chain over a lot of years as America declined and the Constitution was gutted, the courts and the Constitution being what he claims to care the most about.

    Useless.

Tucker is wrong. Moscow Mitch has been running the party for decades and got them everything they wanted. He pushed the Trump tax break for the wealthy through. He ramrodded everything Trump pulled off. He has changed America into a plutocracy.

I cannot wait for the day when you assholes start writing, "Trump is a RINO moron...and is part of the problem."

    It WILL happen.

Trump is not a RINO... He is a conservative; he represented me.

McConnell is a RINO. He is a Democrat in Republican clothing, and is an elitist rather than representing me.

You got everything there right EXCEPT...

...the part about Trump not being a RINO...

...the part about Trump being a conservative...

...the part about McConnell being a RINO...

...the part about McConnell being a Democrat in Republican clothing...

...and the part about McConnell being an elitist and not representing you.

McConnell DOES represent all you assholes...just as Trump represents you.

Well, it should be pretty obvious by now:

Dems look out for the country.

    Repubs look out for themselves.
