You're really lost. One the only things the Fed Gov is charged with is keeping its citizens safe. Our tax dollars at work. Getting enough medicine in emergency situations. Grow up.

Judge says Florida ban on 'sanctuary cities' unconstitutional

(Reuters) - A federal judge has ruled that a Florida law banning municipalities from adopting "sanctuary" policies for immigrants in the U.S. illegally is unconstitutional, with her decision relying in part on support for the law among "anti-immigrant hate groups."

U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom in Miami said in a 110-page ruling on Tuesday the 2019 law championed by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, violated the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution because it was adopted with discriminatory motives.

Bloom had held a six-day bench trial in January on the lawsuit, which was brought by the City of South Miami and several advocacy and nonprofit groups.

The judge on Tuesday said the state's claim that the law was designed chiefly as a public safety measure was unsupported by crime statistics and other evidence, including the involvement of far-right groups such as the Federation for American Immigration Reform in drafting the statute."

    Wrong.

Many died unnecessarily because of lack of treatment. Going back to the beginning of this fiasco our public health ‘experts’ were telling infected people to stay home, stay away from the hospitals until they were sick enough to be admitted. Which unfortunately, was too late for many. Not to mention the fact such ‘medical advice’ is virtually unheard of in the modern era.

Early on, Trump was touting treatments but like every other Trump idea, it was shouted down by the media, by some of his own ‘advisers’ and even by at least one, formerly reputable, medical journal. Because of the lack of emphasis for treatment by our public health ‘experts’ tens of millions of people were unaware that they didn’t have to stay sequestered in their homes until it was too late.

Because of this, many people died, needlessly. Ever wonder why some poorer countries like India have a lower death rate than we do? It has nothing to do with Donald Trump. It’s because they didn’t abandon treatments. Like I said in another thread, Ron DeSantis was the first major politician to forcefully advocate *early* treatment for the damn bug that was intelligently designed in a Wuhan lab.

And because of the dust up over monoclonal antibodies more people are aware of them. They weren’t informed by the public experts—they found out because Biden was playing politics with DeSantis. I’ll guarantee the demand for it has skyrocketed now.
Coup has started. First of many steps. Impeachment will follow ultimately~WB attorney Mark Zaid, January 2017

no one has ever abandoned treatments, dickhead. except for bullshit crap trump touted like the malaria drug and injecting bleach. trump caused hundreds of thousands of extra deaths and you still want to have him grab your pussy without asking. do you really think doctors would not use recognized therapeutics because of politics? are you insane?
