EU unveils Indo-Pacific strategy in response to US-led pact
EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has said the bloc was "not informed" about the "AUKUS" security pact in the Indo-Pacific and took it as a sign the EU needs to develop its own strategy for the region

This is a great time to remember that it is sometimes said that Biden and Blinken are both never right.
This illegal illegitimate regime that runs America is at fault...not me.... they do not represent me and I have long objected to their crimes against humanity.

In the US Navy there are basically two type of submarine, the fast attack, and the FBM. The fast attack boats are fast and designed to sink enemy ships, and the FBM are designed to fire intercontinental nuclear missiles. So it sounds like you're talking about fast attack boats.

    Not true.

The sound of the propeller was how the US tracked and identified individual soviet subs during the cold war ... read up on the history (after you read the muzzie book)

The propeller is one of the ways to identify and find a submarine, but there is no difference between the propeller of a nuclear submarine and a diesel submarine. There is no propeller sound benefit from nuclear.

I want a mortadella, capicola, and provolone sub, now that you mention it.

I'm not familiar with Australian food, unfortunately.

Obviously Salty has never heard of propeller cavitation, not surprising.

The Chinese Navy has mastered and possessed all the anti-submarine methods, including the Y-8 and Y-9 fixed-wing anti-submarine patrol aircraft equipped with spying tail needles, air-dropped sonar buoys, air-dropped anti-submarine torpedoes, and anti-submarine deep bombs. It is also equipped with air-dropped sonar buoys. Z-8 and Z-9 carrier-based helicopters with hanging sonar, air-dropped anti-submarine torpedoes and anti-submarine deep bombs, as well as various surface destroyers equipped with towed active and passive sonar arrays, anti-submarine rockets, and anti-submarine missiles. Coupled with the underwater submarine force, the Chinese Navy has initially established an anti-submarine system with relatively complete functions and firepower.

In addition to these traditional anti-submarine methods, China is also developing other anti-submarine detection methods, such as the laser detection system mentioned many times in the US media, which can be equipped on satellites to form a global anti-submarine detection capability. The construction of the Chinese submarine force and anti-submarine system complements the last shortcoming of the Chinese navy's combat capability. At the same time, this also means that the last combat style that the US Navy has overwhelming superiority over the Chinese Navy is disappearing. From now on, the US Navy will not have an overwhelming superiority over the Chinese Navy in various combat styles and combat fields. And the loss of this overwhelming advantage is the source of the sense of crisis in American media articles.

Submarine is the last equipment combat area where the United States maintains absolute superiority over China. With the advancement of China's anti-submarine capabilities and submarine technology, the absolute superiority in this field will also be lost. This is the most unacceptable point for the U.S. military.

Through analysis, it is not difficult to understand why the United States has such a sense of crisis in the areas where it is best and has the greatest advantage. With the advancement of the Chinese navy's technical level, the United States has lost its absolute technological advantages in various fields. When the United States no longer maintains absolute technological superiority over other countries, it is the source of America's greatest sense of crisis.

    Sure, this will work.
