No, there were no corroborating witnesses.

She couldn't even remember where or when it allegedly happened.

    Insufficient evidence. Defendant prevails.

    He's on the Supreme Court...enjoy.

There is nothing to be done about Kavanaugh, you are correct, but there can be something done about investigations in the future. 4500 tips isn’t anything to dismiss. Even if only 10% were worth following up, that’s still a lot of tips.

    He can be impeached

The republicans ignored his lies to confirm him

We don’t have to ignore his filthy lies

They confirmed him anyway with a last clear chance to avert available. No ethics on that side at all. The wanted Clinton removed for strikingly similar.

The neuroscience lady was so clearly more credible, lucid clear, unmotivated by bias or passion. Kavanaugh was a witness nightmare,
a blubbering crying simpering moron, more suitable for a straight jacket than a black robe.

Kavanaugh said he had no connection to Yale, and was not a legacy. His grandfather went to Yale, and he applied as a legacy. He was not forced to lie, he chose to lie. He lied to Congress.

Do I believe that "unconditionally". Yes, it is a fact his grandfather went to Yale, and he applied as a legacy. Are there "corroborating witnesses"? There is incontrovertible written evidence. I am even sure a few of the old man's classmates are still alive.

    The issue is alleged rape.

Who cares how he was admitted to Yale?

My statement was that Kavanaugh lied in his confirmation hearing. He did lie in his confirmation hearing. So now the question is whether his committing a felony to become a Supreme Court Justice should be enough to remove him.
