Yes, I believe he is...Interesting about the mass transport ban, right? We can get him the info to hire one, I'm sure...since he's not sure how to go about doing so....
But I know of no travel problems...do you?

Well, it turns out the people of California are willing to put the effort into saying no to trump. Everyone knew this was the most likely outcome, so moving on, right?

No, there are hundreds of posts that say that because a long shot did not work out in Republican's favor, there must be cheating. It is like accusing the lottery of cheating every time you lose. This was the expected outcome, get over it.

O'Rourke had a much better chance of winning Texas against Cruz, but that was not probable either. You don't see Democrats crying about it. And more importantly, Democrats get over it quickly, and start planning for the next election.

This is going to hurt the Republican Party. They can never accept results, so they can never get better. Next year, Newsom is running for reelection, and Republicans will just do a replay of 2021. They honestly think anything different is betraying their movement.
Republicans should be billed to pay for a pointless election they engineered, rather than making counties and municipalities pick up the tab.

What a waste of state resources.

The recall threshold needs to be higher. More signatures need to be required to initiate a recall election.

Not to mention the diversion of the attention of the governor from job duty to campaigning... it's a stupid procedure CA should end it.

yes, the Democrats when Trump won, 4 years of false allegations and expensive investigations that netted nothing, he has been out for 9 months now and libs still suffer from TDS. Biggest fucking display of human whining in my lifetime.

What sort of jobs preclude you from ever using public transportation?

As a frustrated amateur naturalist, Australia is the most interesting place I've visited on this planet. It should be on every American's bucket list.

They also elected Schwarzenegger, a true republican. Maybe try running a few of those.

PMS is just wrong. Do not worry PMS, I have figured out where you went wrong. The election had two sections, the first is whether to keep Newsom, and the second was who to replace him with. 63.9% voted to keep Newsom. That left 36.1% voted to replace him. Of that 46.6% of that 36.1%, or 16.8% of the overall vote, voted for Elder.

The results Elder was hoping for was 48% voting for Newsom, and then 24% of the overall vote voting for Elder. Because of the odd rules of the recall election, this would have made Elder governor for a year...

But instead a clear majority said they wanted to keep Newsom.

If you can hire me a private business jet, I would be all for it. It has to be bonded, which apparently costs more.
