It's globalization AND Capitalism.
No one is at War with 'Communism'.
Russia and the Oligarchs have embraced Capitalism.
China and the Communist Party have embraced Capitalism.
Afghanistan ISN'T about Communism.
'Communism' is a dead economic system.

What is at play here is 'One Party Rule' vs. 'Western Democracy'.
