Not really. Most people have fairly predictable and conventional ideas about God.

God is a product of human thought

That is the god Aristotle outlined very diplomatically in his philosophy

The mere idea that there was just one god was revolutionary in his lifetime

Monotheism was Plato's idea. Aristotle was not a monotheist.

    Is Aristotle a monotheist?

    It would seem so because

in Book 8 of Aristotle's Physics he proves the existence of a single Primary Mover or Unmoved Mover.
of his views on truth and contradiction, viz., that he believes in the law of non-contradiction. The Greek gods contradicted each other; therefore, it would seem Aristotle would not believe in the mythological Greek gods but in Absolute Truth

God is not plural in his thoughts
