LOL. That isn't a slam dunk.
1. Only one poor quality video of him with the bags
2. No pictures/videos of the empty field after the fact
3. The camera person said he started filming when the guy was picking up the flags. Where is it?
4. The camera person cut off the video as the guy was picking up the bags
5. The camera person did not follow him
6. No pictures/videos of the bags after they "found" them
7. No pictures/videos of them putting back the flags
8. 2,977 is a big number. How long does it take for one person to pick them up and put in the bags?
This case will be laughed out of the Grand Jury.

How do you refute what isn't there?

So far nobody can prove beyond reasonable doubt here. So much winning I am tired of it.

"Fadel Alkilani, a vice president of finance for the Student Union, acknowledged that he removed the flags on Saturday and put them in plastic bags as part of a protest but he was interrupted when another student began recording video of him."

So no quote? Keep looking. I have faith in you.
Acknowledgement is quite enough....it will work nicely, along with the rest of his formal statement, for any proceedings that take place....
There is no denial of the relocation project....and no receipt for the flags...

So far no quote. Keep trying. I have faith in you.
Indeed.
The thief could/should receive jail time.
The Dean will respond to the alumni soon.
They are not happy.
"Washington University Chancellor Andrew Martin said in a statement that removing the flags was “reprehensible” and was seen as “a personal affront by many, at WashU and beyond, and as an affront to the ideals of our institution.”
This does not bode well for the thief.
