I think some will. Criminal conspiracy investigations can take awhile, maybe even years. I also believe murder charges against the conspirators will be on the table since 5 Americans died as a result of their plans.

There were any number of large Trump rallies that were absolute yawners with respect to violence. 1/6 was the outlier, not to mention there’s reason to be suspicious of some ‘coordination’ on the part of the feds. Maybe one day we will learn something about the unindicted co-conspirators involved with it. Or not.

Yes, I think there are a few nuts out there crazy enough to try. Several have already, but the plots have been broken up before their plans could be executed.

There were multiple terrorist attacks against the US in the Clinton years. Not much was done to stop them until 9/11 even though the military and intelligence communities were very concerned.

All it takes is just one Trumpist white supremacist terrorist to set off a bomb and kill a lot of Americans as their hero Timothy McVeigh did. It only takes one successful attack to create a disaster.
