Default GOP abortion law: No exemption for Rape

I see no practical distinction between the Taliban and the Republican party.

There isn't one, other than the QOP loves them some wealthy ppl and the Taliban not so much.

I don't think that the TX law will stand for long before being struck down by the courts. And just wait till some white conservative TX law maker's teen daughter gets impregnated by a drunken h.s. football team.

I do not trust Supreme court on this one.

Texas GOP law makers can fly their daughters to California for an abortion procedure.

Even the Soviet Union did not force women who had been raped to give birth

Rape has long been a cherished family value of Republicans. They aim to protect it.

Nope. I believe that a lower court, though, will strike it down as unconstitutional and that SCOTUS will refuse to hear the case. Hope so, anyways.

Hopefully it does not stand up to legal scrutiny.

If nothing else, this serves as a glimpse into the dark hearted soul of movement conservatism.

Didn't you hear? They're planning on addressing that by making sure all rapists are in jail.

    It's a really innovative plan.

It's good to know Texas considers consequences like an unwanted pregnancy to be merely a sidebar conversation.
