The means is as irrelevant to the discussion as the outcome. What I was pointing out was the absurdity of saying because you own a gun you might use it to commit suicide and therefore the government must take your gun away from you. That was the gist of your original position. The absurdity of that is it can be applied to anything else you might do harm to yourself with and therefore makes an extremely poor and irrational argument for gun control.
Well look, I mean, you said earlier that many of these people are "morons", and frankly, I don't see the logic in making it simple and easy for "morons" to access weapons of mass murder.
Seems like you'd want the opposite; that you'd want to make it harder to get a gun so that only the best people can get one.
Guns in the hands of irresponsible people is who's failure? Because it's someone's failure and someone's responsibility.
When I die, turn me into a brick and use me to cave in the skull of a fascist
"2Timothy 3 "But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away"
