The FBI relies on voluntary data reporting. If a police force is busy with the aftermath of a mass shooting they probably don't want to have someone take the time to fill out paperwork they are not required to do.

If you bothered to read the FBI data declaration, you might have figured out your error.

Remington apparently hasn't the nerve to make an allegation that the massacre is a hoax. It shamefully implies this instead. But to what purpose? Absent a claim in the pleadings that would cause the school records to be relevant to its defense the company has no argument as to why the records should be produced, meaning the request for the records will be routinely denied.

Last winter there was a massive pileup in Texas killing several people. Should the survivors and family members be suing Ford and GMC? No. That's fucking stupid. Work to make roads safer with tech and education. Sue the State.
