There is far more evidence to indict Donald Trump for inciting the insurrection than the rally. He began planting the seeds of government distrust and distrust of the election results even before the election. After he lost, he immediately began calling the election corrupt with no basis for doing so. Many lawsuits were filed, obviously without merit. In some cases the lawyers who filed them are facing disciplinary measures for having filed frivolous suits. All other suits failed to change the results of any election. The fact that Trump continued to call the election flawed with no evidence of it was instrumental in motivating that crowd to attack the capitol on Jan 6th, all because of Donald Trump.

Donald Trump incited that insurrection.

I watched the video, Kirschner makes a great point

if the Reuters report is correct, it only means Trump, Giuliani, Brooks and Jr clearly INCITED the insurretion during their pre-insurrection rally

no one else is to blame

the traitors can only say "we didn't organize it beforehand" (untrue but irrelevant to his point)......thus making themselves fully responsible and not any outside agitators

You should be careful about what you post because this isn't from the FBI, it's from a former FBI agent who isn't involved in the current FBI investigations.
