It's time to vaccinate the babies and young kids too.
We may lose a few of them, but the rest won't be scurrying around spreading covid.
The rules should be the same for everybody.

They screwed up vaccinating people my age first, or at least right after the health workers.
We've already lived our lives. We're draining off the Social Security and Medicare budget.
They should have done the kids first.
Owl explained in an earlier post that the kids were less likely to get seriously sick.
That was true at the time, but they're getting sick now.
I got vaccinated at the very first possible time, but if I were the one who had to wait until the kids and young working people got theirs,
I'd have completely understood.
And by now, I'd probably be vaccinated already anyway.

I agree somewhat; the residents of SNFs and assisted living facilities were rightfully given theirs first. The rest of us oldsters living independently mostly were able to stay home and avoid crowds and germs. I was willing to wait till they got to the younger ppl first, but here they did it by age groups, with under-50s being almost last. Last were the 12-18 yo kids.
