no
Is that a threat?
no
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.
I'll think of Ruby & the Romantics, I guess.
Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel. Samuel Johnson, 1775
Religion....is the opiate of the people. Karl Marx, 1848
Freedom's just another word for nothin' left to lose. Kris Kristofferson, 1969
Is this one a threat?
It depends upon the context. If you scream at a witness against you, "if you testify against me, your day will come!!!" that starts sounding like a threat. If you tell a person rejected for a job, "keep applying, and your day will come", it is not a threat.
One thing about people who make illegal threats, they usually try to hide it a little.
Clearly no on the face of it. It might be when taken in the context of a larger conversation or it might be encouragement depending on the conversation.
A I'd really love to win the lottery...
B Your day will come...
A You are a worthless piece of shit and I hope you die!
B Your day will come...
See? It all depends on the larger context.
