Dude, all you just did was prove how ignorant you are, but in assuming where I live and my politics and in your desire to overthrow the US government because you don't like the results of an election.

First, I doubt you'll do anything about it except bitch like a beta male. This type of bullshit: "It not my fault! We demand our rights to women!!!"

Second, if the majority of Americans, either directly or indirectly, elect to collectively get into a bus and drive over a cliff, what gives you the right to stop them? The only way anyone would be justified to overthrow the US government is if they believed the election was stolen by the Jewish Democrat African-Americans....which only the fucking nutjobs and assholes did on 1/6.

Will you be joining the fun after August 13th or are you only an "armchair general"?

For actual retards, yes. Most are like slightly above average IQ jellyfish. Pigs are intelligent but about 90% of that intelligence is geared to finding food. They'll dig up fences, trip locks, tear up, root up, run over anything that separates them from their next snack. Ergo, intelligent or not, that type of narrow-mindedness makes them predictable to set up and wait for them with armed friends.

Sometimes I scratch my head wondering WTF when top leaders do certain things, make certain choices. Sometimes I get the feeling they are laying out traps for someone or something.

Definitely....just not by much. Different party, different special interests with a ton of cash.

Regardless, it'll be an improvement. "This aggression will not stand, man!"

You are not alone in that one. In fact I am sure it is true. They are always laying traps.

Anyone know how long an audit takes? This is not it. The guys "auditing" in Arizona should not be allowed near the votes or machines. They are totally unqualified and have zero experience. We know this is no audit, but a chance to question our voting and to cheat. They are costing Arizona millions of dollars. Trump should pay it all and apologize for what he has caused.

I'm not so sure about that.

The Republican Party has been transformed by Trump. Facts are no longer required to get votes. The Republican Party has become the info-tainment party. They don't need to argue facts. They have learned all they have to do is whip up hatred for liberals to get votes.

    Nothing has changed that phenomenon.

Republicans by and large no longer argue the merits of an issue. They use whataboutism to counter valid points, and spread false memes like dandelions in a tornado of misinformation. We know that Trump supporters are not very well informed. But that did not prevent him from getting enough votes and support to wreak havoc in our country.

Even if Trump has defeated himself as a viable candidate, there are plenty of wannabe fact-resistant heroes ready to step into the new way of getting elected.

The lines between candidates and tabloid 'news' presenters are blurring quickly.

Twitter posts and podcasts are seeing a sharp rise as viable and vetted news organizations are struggling for viewership.

Voters are increasingly getting their info fix directly from the same candidates they might soon be asked to vote for.

That does not bode well for having a functional democracy.

My concern is that we will continue to see a viable Republican Party. We just won't particularly like what we will be seeing.
The Insurrection and general wackiness that has overtaken the Republican party is hurting them. The longer they hang onto it, the longer it's going to keep hurting them.

It might not seem much but compare the 2016 and 2020 elections in terms of turn out demographics and the Independents. The shift was clearly toward the Democrats. Those they didn't win were very close. More wackiness and dragging out the investigations and criminal trials of the Insurrections doesn't work for the Republicans but they are doing it anyway. It's party suicide.
God bless America and those who defend our Constitution.

I'd agree. I would have served, probably should have. Just went straight to college, straight to law school,
then straight to work. There was never a war that required my service between ages 18 and 36. After that
they don't want men anymore. Too many lawyers. There has been a glut since LA law. Finally people understand
it's not a glamorous easy street insurance policy. It's been a long hard slog clawing up the ranks.
I finally have everything my dad had. I guess that's the American dream fulfilled nowadays.

It was a political right-wing stunt that lacked any veracity to hang their preconceived charges on. They had all the power and gave it to an organization steeped in Trumpiness They kept and checkers and Dems out and still could not getter done. It will not tell the Trumpys that they were wrong. They cannot ever admit that.

They did that because no reputable audit firm would have touched it.

In the case of Republicans regarding the Insurrection and the pandemic, it's like they want to fall into a tiger trap.

Regardless, results count. My guess is that 2022 is not going to go well for the Republicans overall even if they regain the Senate by a seat or two. After Trump, I doubt the nation wants to see a return to his instability. Better to have Sleepy Joe in the WH than a wannabe Kim Jong-un playing with the American nuclear arsenal.
