For actual retards, yes. Most are like slightly above average IQ jellyfish. Pigs are intelligent but about 90% of that intelligence is geared to finding food. They'll dig up fences, trip locks, tear up, root up, run over anything that separates them from their next snack. Ergo, intelligent or not, that type of narrow-mindedness makes them predictable to set up and wait for them with armed friends.
Sometimes I scratch my head wondering WTF when top leaders do certain things, make certain choices. Sometimes I get the feeling they are laying out traps for someone or something.
