The judge got all bent that the defendant refused to wear a mask in court. So, it's now a pissing contest over who can make who do what. I suspect the judge will end up fucked over this because the defendant will claim he's biased in the case...

The funniest and dumbest part of his assertion is that somehow the judge demanding he comply to a mask mandate is grounds for appeal. Hey, this guy wants 500 Trump supporters as his jury, and when the judge said no, he told the judge to fuck off!!!
