The "1619 Project" is a bogus, revisionist history of the American founding that has been slammed by every authoritative historian in the American academy as pure, 3rd-rate, quasi-intellectual, CRAPOLA that is shot through with inaccuracies and gross errors of fact. To put it in a nutshell, the "1619 Project" is a fatally flawed, revisionist history of the United States that is taught in English andSocial Studies classes across. It is, being derived from CRT a vehicle for carrying a number of the immoral, irrational, antisensical and absurd core tenets of Critical Race Theory. To put it bluntly, the "1619 Project" teaches American kids that if they are white, they wicked, human shit; and that America has always been, since the year 1619, an evil, White supremacist, racist country that is beyond redemption. Therefore the United States must be destroyed. It institutions and Western culture" must razed to the ground" and then rebuilt as a new nation where oppressed people, like: Blacks; members of other ethnic/racial minority groups, individuals who are disabled; women; persons who identify as LGBTQ etc) are no longer dominated, subjugated and exploited by a systematically racist, White, patriarchal, Western, logocentric culture and its free-market capitalist economy.

If you lived in Iran, "Rocking the Casbah" was a very dangerous thing to do.
