You still don't seem to understand that you cannot transmit a virus -- any virus -- unless YOU ARE INFECTED. Yes, vaccinated ppl can have break-through infections. In that case, they are as contagious as a non-vaxxed person.

Infected = tests positive for the pathogen. Yes, you can be infected -- and contagious -- without showing any symptoms. Hence the guidance on the fully-vaccinated wearing masks in hot spot areas.
