The big employers will willingly fight the lawsuits, and they have the resources. You can be fired for any reason at any time, unless you are fired because of your inclusion in a protected class. The lawsuits would fail miserably. Can they collect unemployment? Not sure. Firing for cause eliminates unemployment, just not sure if they would consider this 'for cause'. That's a different finding than the lawsuit.
