But, I know I get called liberal by the right and conservative by the left if I have anything negative to say about their party or positive about the other. Any degree of objectivity and knowledge of the news knows neither party is guiltless; however, many are blinded by partisanship to admit the truth.

The only two dems on this board that I can think of that are tolerant towards libertarians are AProudLefty and Jack. I get along well with blackascoal when he's here. Concart are civil to each other. The rest are as bad as any hard core trumpster and some are as bad as TDAK. guano and IQ64 come to mind.

This is typical behavior from the authoritarian left. They pretend to be curious about libertarian philosophy , you try to explain, and they say you're lying. I don't understand why they bother to ask. They won't believe your answer unless you say you're a racist Nazi.
Take me for instance. I'm pro-death on abortion and anti 2nd amendment but as long as it's part of the constitution I'll support it because I support the constitution. I'm for the legalization of most recreational drugs and legalization of prostitution. I'm also an atheist. The last republican I voted for in a presidential election was Bob Dole.
Based on that you'd think I was a dim.

that's the whole deal with the mooose, probably you too. you say "I get called liberal by the right and conservative by the left if I have anything negative to say about their party or positive about the other"......thing is there's never a negative thing said about the right, instead it's blame the left for the sorry state of the world.......then go vote Repub up and down the ballot.........you can't hide in plain sight unless you're DJT

Just pointing to a website is meaningless. As a mostly-(D) voter, I could also point to the DNC website but what good is that to the person who wants to know what are my points of view and why (D) instead of (L) or (R)?

A small group of Libertarians on a large island far from anyone else might work. But as a government for those who wish to remain peaceful and civilized, not so much.

Bet if you put a large group of (L)s on a small island, they wouldn't stay (L) for long. lol

You obviously don't read any of my posts if you say I don't say anything critical about the right and I don't blame anybody for the sorry state of the world. I have many posts on the election results, covid, vaccinations, and all the conspiracy theories of the right challenging everything that is commonly known. Anybody who believes everything from one side is not realistic.

Few libertarians (small l) support the more extreme position of many in the Libertarian Party. They are simply economic conservatives and social liberals.
