I'm good with this. Businesses have a right to decline services. It's good Democrats are seeing the light.

They aren't. A barefoot, shirtless asshole walking into McDonald's isn't a second class citizen if ejected for failing to abide by the establishment rules of "No shoes, no shirt, no service". I fail to see how masks or vaccinations in a pandemic is different.

My right not to be infected with a virus is not only derivative of the right of a business to refuse service to anyone. I have a right to not be a victim of business negligence
by allowing reckless patrons to commingle with me while I use their services. The risk is foreseeable, the duty of due care is owed to me, and the failure to do so
may result in the merchants liability to me for my damages, hospital costs, pain and suffering, wrongful death, expert witness fees, court costs, and exemplary and punitive
    damages as applicable.

Nonetheless, you are not required to enter a store or restaurant. If they want to run their business in a risky or careless manner, I support both their right to do so (within the limits of present law) and the right of the public to vote with their feet by going elsewhere.

OTOH, if a person becomes sick from negligent or reckless behavior of another, they can always sue.

wouldn't this mean that you also have the right to NOT patronize those business's? or do you feel that some business's are essential business's and must be opened to all?
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.
