He was talking about unifying America and being able to trust our government, teachers, leaders, pastors and such. The "man on the moon" is a light hearted reference to kids asking them about everything and they should be able to trust them.

All through the 2020 campaign democrats were gas lighting about Biden’s cognitive state and tried to pass it off as ‘stuttering’.

Problem is, there are plenty of people who stutter who are quite coherent once you look past the stuttering. People tried to tell them that. Now, Biden is becoming *increasingly* incoherent. Enough that it’s starting attract international attention. So what now, democrats? You assured us that Biden was fit to be president. Was that kind of a ‘big lie’?
