It depends on what it's replaced with. We need to be returning the vast majority of people who present at the Southern Border to their home country. Using Article 42 as a pretense is inappropriate and lazy. Much like the Muslim ban. I don't believe Biden is doing a good job with handling immigration. That doesn't change the fact that claiming 1 million infected aliens are being surreptitiously planted all over the country is completely false. A serious discussion requires that the parties accept the facts. Instead, anatta chooses to lie and then pretend he didn't say what he said. 750,000 people have been expelled at the Southern border under Article 42. That is a fact.

I agree with this. The administration got caught with their pants down, and has been slow to respond. Every administration has hiccups. Admitting them and fixing them is what real Adminstrations do.
