It won't be a collapse of America so much as a collapse of government funded anything. After all, farms and ranches will still produce, factories will still run, craftsmen will still ply their trade.

Those dependent on government money will be the worse off.

Yes, a crash is coming. It looks like it will be a cash crash. It may result in moving to a different currency completely. No government can stop that. People will, however, still produce. They will still be creating wealth. The folks dependent on government money are going to be the worse off.

As I have explained to you before I believe the Chinese are going to move the world off of the dollar, and at that point America is a deeply impoverished nation.

I am paying attention. China is already trying to build it's way out of it's financial problems by constructing cities for no one to live in. Huge civil projects like the Three Gorges Dam project that is going to collapse soon due to poor engineering. Money velocity in China is almost nil. Their workforce is aging and moving away from the cities back to the family subsistence farms. They are saving like mad. There is no retirement program there. Anyone that can get their money OUT of China is doing it by hook or by crook.

The Chinese people are seeing the writing on the wall.
