PROPOSAL (2): I propose that all American citizens 25 years of age or over, who wish to vote in any official election in the United States must undertake a mandatory government IQ test. TWO PROPOSALS






PROPOSAL (1): I propose that the voting age in America be raised to 25. This is because, by the age of 25 the Pre-Frontal Cortex (the "smartest/ wisest" part") of the human brain is fully-matured.



PROPOSAL (2): I propose that all American citizens 25 years of age or over, who wish to vote in any official election in the United States must undertake a mandatory government IQ test. This IQ test would be a scientifically- validated , standardized IQ test, administered and supervised by qualified psychologists. ANY PERSON SCORING BELOW 100 POINTS ON THIS IQ TEST WOULD BE INELIGIBLE TO VOTE.( Those who FAIL the test would be able to resit it in 12 monts time if they wished).
