Now they attempt to refile it listing individuals as defendants instead of the same individuals as county employees. ROFLMAO. This won't last long either because the individuals if working for the county are granted sovereign immunity which is the reason the original was dismissed. If they are being sued for an action which was part of their jobs then sovereign immunity will take precedence over any attempt to sue them as private citizens.
