There's a lot to unpack with this post. First, herd immunity can be accomplished 2 ways. Exposure is one method, while vaccination is another. So, if you're advocating more vaccination, you're actually promoting herd immunity as well. Your knowledge of vaccines seems to be rather limited.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herd_immunity

Exposure does theoretically involve more death than vaccination, but that's also assuming a vaccine is effective. Since there is growing evidence that the vaccine does have side effects in some people and that vaccinated people have still caught the delta variant of COVID, it would appear that there is a lot of work left to be done in developing a vaccine that can protect against the delta variant.

We'll either have to create a vaccine that can protect against the delta variant and other known variants, or people will have to get multiple vaccinations.

Of course, the amount of death that the exposure method will create is largely dependent on other actions. If every nation implemented limited lockdowns only for those with weak health, then those individuals would be safe while the rest of the population could live normally. Now, adding vaccination to this strategy would probably be optimal in reducing deaths, but ultimately, people should be free to decide for themselves if they want to be vaccinated.

In fact, your own quote links to an article that references this issue.

If you want to suggest that people without pre-existing conditions should get vaccinated and that those in that category who refuse should "die off", then that's one thing. But when it comes to people who fear getting the vaccine due to their already weakened health, many of them would seem to have valid fears.
My post links to no such thing.

he's a waste of key strokes, but to not understand herd immunity is just ignorance.

It's why a virus goes dormant ( i dont mean a latent phase -but cant think of the epidemiological term)

puhlease....................you morons have it set in your idiot brains that anyone refusing a vaccine is not only a trumper, but is also an unhygienic street wanderer..........or worse. your simple minds can't comprehend anything different because you're a brainwashed fuckstick listening to a pied piper

We are waiting for the alternative explanation that will never be forthcoming. We have judged that you are stupid, and your people are ignorant. The factual and logical case is strong.
And you have no other rational explanation (ie one not rooted in the fact that you are superstitious, conspiratorial minded, peasant class fools) You take the vaccine, you will live,
as well as enjoy more personal freedom from inconveniences like mask wearing, more social gatherings etc, but if you don't and you are old you may well die from covid 19.

Do you have anything relevant to add, stupid redneck treasonous illiterate criminal serially skullfucked by Fox loser?

If you get that, then you understand once infected those antibodies fight off any further infections

There is some recent research ( ill try to find it) that the antibodies last quite awhile from a vaxx
but even if they do not - memory T-Cells have a long period of retention activation to SARS
( T cells can kill virus infected cells, they can help prevent disease and end the infection.)

get it? if not ask and ill clarify
Trump is a free man who could have rejected the vacination. He was a defeated one term president who only had mere weeks left in office.

Trump publicly stated that catching COVID would give him immunity.

But then he secretly got the vacination and no one knew about it until there were news reports months later.

Why did he get the vaccine if both you and he claim getting sick will lead to immunity?

And why hasn't Trump done any public outreach promoting the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine, like other ex presidents have?

It's pretty funny actually. They accuse others of being in a cult, yet they are the ones who can't stop talking about Trump. It doesn't seem to matter what the actual discussion is about.
