WooHoo!!!
I bought Tesla at 600 and Roku & Snapchat at their IPO prices. I've made enough money in the market to pay for my new Tesla Model Y.
Isn't Capitalism great?
God Bless President Biden!!!

Stock Market Rally
The S&P 500 hit record highs Thursday morning after retaking its key 50-day line Monday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is testing resistance at its own 50-day line. Meanwhile, the tech-heavy Nasdaq hit more all-time highs Thursday morning.
Wednesday's Big Picture column commented, "Wednesday's close showed the stock market is still tentative, even though the Nasdaq made record highs Tuesday and again Wednesday. But while there wasn't much follow-on buying Wednesday, indexes did not give up much ground at all. Indexes are testing months long resistance levels, and it could be a tough fight to shove sellers out of the way."

There's another thread going on talking about the need for a wealth tax and part of the argument is the rich put their money in the stock market and it is simply gambling, they're not creating any value. You buy that argument?
To me there's certain contradiction here. We bemoan the wealth gap yet celebrate when the stock market goes up (which disproportionately benefits those who are better off).

When Americans buy stock, they're buying a share of a company. They are taking part in that company becoming a successful business. The company makes money. The shareholders make money. Not creating value? No, I don't buy that argument.
Most Americans are invested in the Stock Market. It isn't limited to the rich by any means. Gambling? I don't buy that as well. When you gamble in a Casino, you aren't buying a share of ownership in a company. I'm all for a Wealth Tax or a minimum tax for the wealthy or removing the tax loopholes but that has little to do with Americans investing in the stock market.

Trump stole money from his own charity meant for kids:
https://slate.com/news-and-politics/...m-charity.html
What’s your favorite act of misusing and/or stealing funds from a charity in this list of violations to which the president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, just admitted in the course of paying $2 million in court-ordered damages to resolve a lawsuit filed against him by the New York attorney general’s office?
1. When he had the Trump 2020 campaign put the Trump Foundation’s name on promotional materials and ceremonial checks related to a fundraiser that he, as a candidate, held for military veterans in January 2016. (The Trump Foundation was ostensibly a charity, and charities can’t participate in political campaigns.)
2. When he used $100,000 of the Trump Foundation’s money—which was raised almost entirely from other people—to settle an ordinance dispute that his Mar-a-Lago club/vacation home was having with the city of Palm Beach, Florida. (He had violated the ordinance in question by flying an enormous American flag on an 80-foot flagpole, which, admittedly, is a funny way to get sued by the city of Palm Beach.)

More selective bullshit from the liars on the left. Don't you ever get tired of looking like dishonest morons? That was rhetorical.
Remember when the DOW took off
Trumps Inauguration 1/20/17 the Dow was 19,827.25
Dow when Trump left office: 31,188.38
Increase 11,361.13
Dow currently: 34,104.38
Increase the first six months of the failing and flailing Biden Presidency: 2,916.
Only 8,445 more points to go to match Trump. I do hope it matches the Trump years.
