Why are Cheese and Seafood Supposedly a Bad Combo? It’s Delicious!
Don’t believe the stigma—fish and cheese can go together quite well.

I have been impressed with this brand.

So this is pretty good....take your tin of fish and dump out most of the oil (surely you dont buy sardines packed in water..that is cat food!), top with Chinese mustard and Tabasco.

    Serve with your fav cracker.

Currently using both Townhouse and Ritz...neither one anywhere near as good as they used to be.

I like mine fried with grits.

It's about that time, too! Eh, mackerel is kinda fishy, but they are easy to catch.

OK....Because I love ya here you go:

One can King Oscar Med style mackerel , drain most of the oil, dump in a bowl, douse with five shakes Tabasco and one Tablespoon old sour cream and one Tablespoon hot salsa of your preference....preferably mixed first.

    Over Dare Grain First Crackers.

    You are very welcome.
