Default How the DEMOCRATS stole Pennsylvania

Campaign finance reports show that a group tied to the controversial 2020 election grants was paid $6.5 million to help elect DEMOCRATS.

The recent investigative report by Broad + Liberty’s Todd Shepherd showing “likely the first link” in Pennsylvania between the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) and a “source with an open partisan affiliation for DEMOCRATS,” a familiar name immediately caught my eye: Deliver Strategies.

The group, based in Virginia, is a direct mail consultant that works to elect DEMOCRATS nationwide, including in Pennsylvania.

Shepherd notes that Deliver Strategies Senior Partner Kevin Mack was cc’d on an email chain last July regarding CTCL grants.

The chain also included Delaware County Councilwoman Christine Reuther, political strategist Marc Solomon, and Gov. Wolf staffer Jessica Walls-Lavelle.

“Blue” Delaware County was one of several DEMOCRATS counties that received advance notice of the grants before the Department of State invited other counties to apply in September.

Deliver Strategies was potentially involved in early communication surrounding the CTCL election grants that eventually “skewed heavily” toward DEMOCRAT counties.

This is particularly concerning given Deliver Strategies’ extensive involvement in trying to elect DEMOCRATS in Pennsylvania.

Campaign finance reports filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State show that since 2018, Deliver Strategies has been paid at least $6.5 million to "help" DEMOCRATS here.

    This includes:

    • More than $3.3 million from the Pennsylvania DEMOCRAT Party.
    • More than $2 million from the union- and trial lawyer-funded Pennsylvania Fund for Change, which has spent more than $9 million since 2018 on behalf of DEMOCRAT candidates, with a strong focus on the southeast portion of the state.
    • More than $770,000 from the Pennsylvania Leadership Committee, an arm of the national DEMOCRAT Legislative Campaign Committee.
    • Just over $470,000 from Gov. Wolf’s 2018 re-election campaign.
    • Nearly $30,000 from the House DEMOCRAT Campaign Committee.
    • $15,000 from the trial lawyer-founded Fairness PA.

The organization’s website boasts of its work on several DEMOCRAT state representative’s campaigns in southeast Pennsylvania, including Rep. Jennifer O’Mara of Delaware County and Rep. Joe Websters and Rep. Joe Ciresi of Montgomery County.

These connections—deep as they are—aren’t Deliver Strategies’ only ties to the left in this state.

As Shepherd notes in his story, Mack also served as lead strategist for the Voter Project.

The Voter Project is an arm of the union-funded Keystone Research Center, which advocates for progressive policies in PA, including cutting funding for police.

An email sent to Mr. Mack asking for comment on Deliver Strategies’ inclusion on the CTCL email chain and whether Deliver Strategies was involved in advising counties on the CTCL grant application process or any other discussions surrounding the grants was not answered.

What must be answered, however, is why discussion on election grants the Wolf administration claimed were “non-partisan” seemingly included a very partisan political group that has received millions from DEMOCRATS to help them win elections.

who was that woman who was on video explaining how much it cost for her to get you elected into office...different rates depending on how many votes she needed to produce for you and what office you were running for.......wasn't she from Pennsylvania?......

I should ask Legion, he remembers everything.......

AT THE STROKE OF A PEN

Pennsylvania’s DEMOCRAT election leaders violated state code when they authorized county election officials to provide information about rejected mail ballots to political party operatives.

In an email sent to county election directors by Jonathan Marks, Pennsylvania’s deputy elections secretary, Marks wrote that “county boards of elections should provide information to party and candidate representatives during the pre-canvass that identifies the voters whose ballots have been rejected” so they could be offered a provisional ballot.

DEMOCRATS "won" mail-in voting handily in Pennsylvania and mail votes were the key to Joe Biden’s chances.

The state’s election code states “no person observing, attending or participating in a pre-canvass meeting may disclose the results of any portion of any pre-canvass meeting prior to the close of polls.”

Pennsylvania’s supreme court stated last year that “unlike in-person voters, mail-in or absentee voters are not provided any opportunity to cure perceived defects (to their ballot) in a timely manner.”

But the opportunity to cure perceived defects for ballots that overwhelmingly supported DEMOCRATS is exactly what Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and Marks were allowing.

Some county election boards provided party operatives with voters’ names, addresses and even email addresses, along with explanations of their ballot defects.

Before Election Day, some election boards were alerting voters that their ballots had defects, and allowing the "voters" to "fix" them. Election officials were even weighing ballots to determine if they contained the required secrecy envelopes inside.

Reaching out to voters to cure their defective ballots is not allowed in the state’s election code. Changing the code would have required action by the state assembly.

High-ranking state DEMOCRATS used their positions to stack the deck.

In 2019, the Pennsylvania legislature extended the deadline for mail-in ballots to be received from 5 p.m. on the Friday before Election Day to 8 p.m. on Election Day, the time that polls close for in-person voting.

The state supreme court’s elected DEMOCRAT majority then further extended the deadline to the Friday after Election Day, a change the legislature had refused to make.

In the case of a dispute about when exactly a ballot was postmarked, or if it wasn’t postmarked at all, the state supreme court ruled that election officials are required to assume it was sent in by Election Day rather than rejecting it, as done under existing state law.

Not a single Republican was able to look at any one of these mail-in ballots. They could be from Mars as far as we know, or they could be from the DEMOCRAT National Committee. Joe Biden could have voted 50 times as far as we know, or 5,000 times.
