Uh, and the reason by the way that this judge ruled Tucker Carlson should not be taken seriously by anyone is because lawyers for Fox news who were fighting a defamation suit against Tucker actually went into court and argued successfully.

Carlson has spent entire shows calling out major Republican donors in the past, so it wouldn't be surprising if the only reason he has a show is because of the high ratings. The upper management of Fox is very much part of the establishment elite, whereas Carlson is more of a populist, which puts him at odds with the establishment in terms of stances.

It's a clever legal argument though. It's similar to the one that was used by Alex Jones.

The difference is that Carlson does take himself seriously, so maybe he should leave Fox for an outlet that doesn't view him in this light.
