Read the fucking article, idiot.
He was a cop. He assaulted his wife by shooting her in the arm and wounding her. He had his gun taken away, a restraining order paced against him and was facing pending assault charges, but they eventually gave him his gun back which he later on used to kill his wife with.
Having a gun in the house increases the chances that someone is going to get shot with it.
Doesn't take a genius to figure it out, but if you're a moron you probably won't get it.
And since you and your gun-goober buddies don't get it, I guess we know what that makes you all.
C'MON MAN!!!!
.
Man gets his gun back nine months after domestic altercation and uses it to shoot and kill his wife
Hmmm ... a restraining order ... had it for two years ... calling her his wife ... hmmm
I would believe 'ex' or 'former' ... but not just 'wife'. Now if she was indeed STILL his wife ... then the cause of 'the argument' needs to be investigated. "Husbands that come home early kill wives".

C'MON MAN!!!!
Cars are a necessary part of modern life that people must use to get around and do the things they need to do.
Guns are not necessary for anything but committing mayhem.
With cars, the operator can minimize his or her chances of injury or death by obeying traffic laws, driving with caution and wearing seat belts.
Not even close to the same thing.

According to the CDC, about 14,500 Americans were murdered with guns in 2017. More than half were young black men killed in metro BLUE areas, which has been the pattern for at least the last five years, data shows.
young black males are around 4% of the population and are committing more than half of all murders
we have a black culture and blue city problem
