Even though they engaged in violent acts and stormed the barricade they are listed as unindicted co-conspirators and remain free. And we may finally have our answer to why the Babbitt shooters identify is such a big secret: they don’t want him talking—especially, in a court room.

It’s speculation but I wonder if the fuss by democrats over a commission was just kabuki theater. IOW, they knew they’d never get enough Republicans on board but they wanted to appear like they were hot for a bipartisan commission.

They won’t/can’t admit it but not all of the questions around 1/6 involve Donald Trump. Like why was security so lax that day? Why did some guards allow the rioters to waltz into the Capitol? What’s the deal with the Babbit shooter? Why is his name such a big secret?
