so, like the anti machine gun laws, you only want the wealthy and elite to have guns.....is that because you trust in them more than your fellow american?
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

and while we're at it, we can implement a poll tax and literacy test for voting.......we know who wouldn't qualify for that, don't we?

The law should apply equally across the board.

That is a lie. We did not need such rules in the past, just in the past 20 years, and it is getting worse as more guns are available, and more capable of shooting 100 rounds in seconds..

BTW, a "mass shooting" is defined as four or more killed, or wounded.

And from such people turn away"

If one is serious on addressing mass shootings access to the gun is where they start

Secondly, confiscation of guns has never been an actual policy on regulation, no one is coming to grab your whatever, and your vehicle is also registered, but you don’t just register it once, and just registering a vehicle isn’t all one does to keep and operate a vehicle
Thanks. I have no major disagreement except with your view on confiscation.

Would you consider answering the question I posed please?

That is a dumb ass comment considering all of the bennies your kind prefer to give to the wealthy, especially the White ones, while depriving the poor of even a living wage.

You already own one legally then you can keep it

When it leaves your hands it goes to the government and they pay you for it and then melt it the fuck down

You can not give it away to anyone

No one can inherit it from you

No one can buy it from you

    Again

If you are done with owning the gun the government pays you for it

    It then belongs to them

And they melt it the fuck down

If a gun changes hands out side of this both the seller and the new possessor are in big trouble

    Prove it's a lie.

I believe it's 3 in the same place. Do should my 5 round .38 special revolver be outlawed since I could kill 5 people in one place?

I bet you thought that made sense. We do have strict rules for driving. Let's start with similar rules for guns. We have laws and rules and enforcement to make driving safer. We sell guns at millions of stores and street corners. People should show a need for guns and qualify with testing. They should have a license and it should have to be renewed regularly.
Car manufacturers are continuously making them safer. Gun manufacturers are making guns more deadly. 300 mass shootings in 6 months is simply wrong and we should stop them.
