We'll get em,.....all under control.
So it looks like the “conspiracy theories” told by Republicans are slowly becoming facts
November 3, 2020 election, which means that no chain of custody documentation has been produced for about 333,000 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes out of an estimated 600,000 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes during that election.
What does the law say here? Does the lack of chain of custody invalidate those ballots?
It should...throw then ALL OUT

What kind of country have we become?
One in which federal prosecutors can take “evidence” before a “grand jury,”
and that grand jury can “vote to indict” a former president for 91 alleged “crimes”?

The fact that a RW news service says they haven't received documents through an open records request doesn't mean the documents don't exist and it certainly doesn't invalidate the election. This is all part of a court case that is still in the courts. Current status of the court case is the court is reviewing motions to throw the case out.

OMG.. I just spent time looking at their data. Talk about fucking up. The "journalist" can't even do a simple spread sheet. The totals on the spreadsheet are wrong because the person who created it added the same numbers more than once to the totals.
Their spreadsheet claims 79,460 ballots but the actual numbers are 75,449. If a "journalist" can't even get the basic math right in a simple spreadsheet, how do we know they even counted the forms correctly. My guess is they didn't.
Whoops, indeed. And then to top it off, the link to submit corrections to the Georgia Star doesn't work. I wonder why.

So suddenly something "a Fulton County election official" who isn't identified says something and it's gospel? I wager that election official is one Garland Favorito
"The primary plaintiff is Garland Favorito of the group VoterGA, who has fought against Georgia's elections infrastructure for more than a decade, including a failed lawsuit against Georgia's old direct-recording electronic machines. Favorito has also questioned the authenticity of events surrounding 9/11, pushed conspiracy theories about former President Bill Clinton and the assassination of John F. Kennedy and is now serving as the latest vessel for false claims of fraud with the 2020 election.'

Without a chain of custody the ballots are INVALID, that is how the law reads. It doesn’t matter if the paperwork was “lost”
