Default Michigan's salvation secured with unanimous state supreme court decision....

the Michigan SC reached a unanimous decision that the state legislature may vote to rescind the 1945 act that Gretch the Wretch used to issue her executive orders shutting down the state economy.......the court which currently has 4 Dems and 3 Repubs has previously held that Whitmer violated the constitution with her previous orders but she has continued to issue new orders without restraint.......this new decision grants the legislature (which is controlled by Repubs) power to strip Whitmer of executive order authority.....

can the michigan legislature impeach a governor?????
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

This will be useful moving forward. Maybe even with the forthcoming election audit...

""Sadly, the Supreme Court decision has opened the door for the illegal conduct to continue on future ballot drives like the imminent Republican voter suppression effort which is why this decision is so disappointing," Barnes said."

Sometimes UNANIMOUS decisions can be disappointing to some people. I guess.
