To cite one of your examples to keep things simple, if a state decides that documentary ID is not required for voting eligibility, that is a question unrelated to the elector appointment clause you are harping on. Also there is nothing in The Constitution that grants states the sole power "to determine the manner of (federal) elections".

If you would calm down, cool the insults, and think, there's a chance you'd perceive that the words "elections" and "electors" have different meanings. Were states were able to determine "everything relative to their Presidential elections" they could determine that only men over the age of forty, having reported incomes the prior year of at least two hundred thousand dollars, and owning a horse, would be eligible to vote. States have no such authority, obviously. Federal election laws mandate some of the "manner" by which their Presidential elections are held, including certain mandatory eligibility requirements. Whether or not it would be within the Federal government's authority to forbid states from denying voter eligibility solely on the basis of lack of documentary evidence would be a question for the Supreme Court but the answer wouldn't be
guided by the "appointment of electors" clause.
