You understand that I am a life long professional chef restaurant manager but for the ten years I as a full time dad, AND that I have owned a failed restaurant,

I'm curious, where is this incredible estate? I met that guy when he was 1st starting out.

I was hungover and getting terbaccy and he's at the corner with a pizza box. "Have a piece of pizza!"

"Best pizza you ever had, huh, huh ,huh?" I was nice and didn't tell him to fuck off. (like I was thinking)

    I said "It's pretty good".

What I really remember that day is the store woman's nipples and breasts. Wow, they are/were epic! And she wore no bra.

Indian woman, curvy, large breastuses with long nipples. Could see right through shirt.

I think I stuttered at some point.

If only I could have played it better. She was hawt! I helped her with something.

I wanna grab them titties to this day! Fuck the annoying Papa John's dude.

He had a decent muscle car there.
    I was on my motorbikel.

Cutting down on the size of a Big Mac would not change the labor needed to make it. It cuts down on the materials used. It would only be used if labor was not a big part of the cost.

    PAY your staff,
    give them proper benefits,
and they will come to work.

Price the food in accordance with what it takes to give the kitchen staff and the wait staff a decent standard of living.
That way nobody is fucked by the cheapskates who won't tip twenty percent.
The tipping system is absurd anyway.
It's one thing to slip the guy at the cabstand five bucks for opening your door and helping your wife into the car--
    nobody minds that--
but the cute little Asian chick who brings your chicken lo mein deserves to be paid like a human being.

Leave it to pachy fucktards to claim that people don't want to work.
People don't want to work for chump change
    and shouldn't have to.

Sounds like you want a job, but they don't pay enough to your liking.

So. My kid ran a couple too.
If you did run one then you know wages are are not the majority of costs. Theyt are in the 25 percent range. So adding 25 percent to a cost that is a quarter of costs does not double food prices.Tread carefully my ass. I know how costs break out. I do not know if yours was a super anomaly explaining why you failed.

Then raise the minimum wage so they can't make more sitting at home. Assholes on the right don't want to do that and then they complain they have to fund the welfare necessary for the poor to survive. Fucking morons, all of them.

That is temporary. You assholes were bitching about welfare before the pandemic and will again after it is history. Nearly half the population through the south (even those who do work) get some monetary assistance from YOU, the federal govt because their wages aren't enough to live on. Raising the minimum wage has everything to do with it. Every dime it goes up is a dime the federal govt (that's YOU) doesn't have to chip in to help.

And the 100 fold markup on the soda more than makes up for that.

Thing is all jobs are now at least $15 here in Fl,and stores like WAWA are giving $500 hiring bonus and $300 vaxx
and they still cant get enough workers

it's still too cushy to sit on the sidelines, maybe get a gig..good money
Here in this part of Florida not all stores are $15. If you have to make it 20 to get employees, make it 20.

    I noted:

The cost of eating out has skyrocketed.
Service and quality is more variable now.
The dining environment in a word sucks.

On the whole, dining out has become far less enjoyable.
