Default Constitutional Question for the Lawyer/s on the site...

The US Constitution was changed to allow Women the right to vote (Amendment 19), this made it so that Men and Women (Male and Female) were the two genders allowed to vote per the constitution. Until just recently this covered everybody, but not so much anymore.

So, if folks are a new gender, and are not men or women (male or female), do we need a new Amendment to grant those new folks the right to vote or do we just ignorantly go by their Birth Assigned genders and just act like it isn't like calling them by their Dead Name?
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.

Actually, the 19th Amendment says nothing about two genders, or even that women have the right to vote. It said that the voting cannot be denied based on "sex". That could include men, women, or any other gender.

You should read the actual words before posting these things:
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

    Excellent. Thanks.

I should, but don't really have the time to look it up. The question popped into my head.

Now you made me feel bad. I was rude to you, and I really should not have been. I am sorry. I will try to be more polite.

The 19th Amendment was carefully worded not to give the right to vote to anyone, but not to allow the right to vote to be taken away based on what we today call gender. The Constitution does not specifically give the right to vote, which is a little disturbing.

Just show your genitals at a voting booth.

That was wrong, but it made me laugh.

Or you could just carry them in your back pocket and show them like a voter ID?
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.

Didn't she superglue his dick to his leg? Then, after surgical removal and repair, he went into the porno biz?

I wish she had superglued it to his leg. That would be so hilarious.

She threw his dick somewhere. They found it and it was surgically reattached. And yes he did go into porno business.

At least he got it back. A few members on this forum are still searching for theirs (unless one or two just gave up)
