According to the article which relied on three inside sources, Team Biden worked behind the scenes diplomatically supporting other allies in the Middle East like Egypt to negotiate a cease fire.

If all Team Biden did was sit on their hands it hardly seems these journalists would have bothered to write an article.

You can assume the article is based on lies if you must, but you are seemingly an extremely gullible person who eagerly gulped down thousands of Trump lies.

A cease-fire between Israel and Hamas took effect Thursday evening after both parties agreed to halt an 11-day military confrontation that left hundreds dead and sparked international alarm.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the truce, brokered by Egyptian officials. after a unanimous vote by his cabinet to end the assault against Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip.

Right, were supposed to think this guy

"Orchestrated" something that suddonly saved lives despite weeks of iron dome defenses.

Im much less likely to believe he could even "orchestrate" tying his shoes.

Anyone that could suggest otherwise has got to be the lowliest dog at a dog training competition.

let's hope the cease fire holds.

I am not one to believe Biden should have openly started screaming that Israel is a rouge state and immediately acted to cut off all military aid to Israel.

We elected Biden because he is cautious, low key, and deliberative.

There is exactly zero percent chance that anyone should have expected Biden to dramatically break with 70 years of presidential tradition and openly declare Israel a criminal rogue state.

That's true- and why Sanders would have been America's salvation. In fact, we could have had Sanders instead of El Trumpo.

it's gonna hold because Israel took out huge chunks of Gaza infrastructure, and Hamas leadership
Hamas got their ass kicked -unfortunately so did a lot of Gaza residents they hold hostage.

Biden isnt the problem on Israel -he's a grand stander but no problem
The problem is the radical Dems like AOC and the Squad

I do not think there is anything wrong with questioning the morality of the treatment of Palestinians.

Plenty of Jewish people in Israel itself question the ethics of a militant Zionist policy towards Gaza and West Bank.

Israel puports to be a democracy and a good ally who shares our values. They need to be held to a higher standard.

But we are kidding ourselves if we expect an American president to dramatically break with 70 years of geopolitical tradition and openly call Israel a rogue state and impose sanctions on them.

Especially a first term president in his first year trying to expend his limited political capital on a domestic agenda.

Well- I think Trump benefited from the anti-Billary, anti-establishment mood prevailing at the time. Sanders was , in his own way, as anti-establishment as El Trumpo. He also had massive support from younger voters- but, of course, we'll never know.

The media isnt nearly as influential as it would like to be. It is however capable of making you think it is. If it can make you think it sheepified hoards of idiots then all it has to do is rig the election and you might just possibly believe it was legitimate. Frankly, my shoe could have beaten trump. It was rigged. So was hillbillary's 2016 bid. But that was a different rig. That was her taking a dive, just like I said she would. No idea why no one believed me. Im the same guy that told them all a black man was going to be the next president in 2006. You'd think folks would wise up after a prediction like that and two or three reincarnations. Nope, they just did more dope.... junkies...

    Time to payup.

It's Izrael that holds ALL of Gaza ' hostage '. You may have missed the 10+ year blockade- assisted by the rotten Egyptian junta.

The Dems are the future if you note the radical shift in attitude towards fascist Izrael and its criminal activities. AOC et al are prime movers.

ya I know. and even with the blockade weapons and rockets still get thru to Hamas
The problems come from Hamas -not Israel
