you cannot sue for cancelling a contract if a contract has provisions for cancelling it and the publisher complies with those provisions.....

an analogy would be a contract for the purchase of a home which has a clause stating it is contingent upon a pest inspection.........if the inspection reveals a termite infestation, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract.......

really, this isn't that complicated......

We used to have thoroughbred racing at Suffolk Downs right here in Boston.

The time that I spent reading the racing forms was essentially preparation for making my donations to Suffolk Downs.

Compared to read a Hawley book, however, it was preparation for earning a doctorate.
