Mason has a history of using the Frank sisters, usually cartoon like images, and using the sisters' names as his screen name.

Not a good look for Ann Franke.

Anne Frank died of typhus at the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp very shortly before Germany surrendered.
I understand that she had at some point kept a journal of some kind.
Animosity toward felines is not documented anywhere that I know.

In that she was born in 1929,
chances are fairly good that she'd be dead by now even if she had not been a victim of Nazi Germany.

    Why the sudden interest?

Come to think of it, didn't we used to have a poster who used that name?

The sudden interest came from Leroy Jenkins. It was unusual for him to have a twisted sense of humor.

Mason. He would have you think that he was honoring her rather than trashing her memory on this forum.
