They were attacking the US Capitol building. That would be considered levying war against the US. You might want to read the entire US Constitution, not just the parts that you want to cherry pick.
Then you might want to look up the meaning of the word "overt" since treason requires an overt act. Kerry testifying to Congress is not an overt act of giving aid to our enemy. Attacking the US Capitol is an overt act and when it's live streamed and recorded, it meets the 2 witness standard.
But I don't expect you to show us you have the intelligence of at least a fifth grader. So carry on with your 3rd grade rants.
