    They are guilty of car jacking and at least neglect homicide.

    Had it been a cop using a stun gun then the press would be all over this as it it will be of little importance .
    Why no one is asking what 2 teen kids were doing robbing a driver is another question, their age will save them froma murder 1 charge if they have a good lawyer he will claim they never considered he could die
